SimplySwing Coaching Services Agreement

This Coaching Services Agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities between SimplySwing and customers who purchase swing analysis or coaching services.

By purchasing or using SimplySwing services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Coaching Services

SimplySwing provides professional golf swing analysis and coaching insights based on video submissions from users.

Coaching services may include:

• swing analysis

• visualized swing breakdowns

• feedback and improvement recommendations

• follow-up swing evaluations

SimplySwing coaching services are intended to provide instructional guidance and educational insight only.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• submitting clear and accurate swing videos

• following practice recommendations responsibly

• practicing within their own physical limits

Customers acknowledge that improvement in golf performance requires practice and dedication and results will vary between individuals.

3. No Guaranteed Results

SimplySwing does not guarantee specific performance improvements, handicap reductions, or scoring results.

Golf improvement is influenced by many factors including:

• practice time

• physical ability

• course conditions

• equipment

• personal effort

4. Communication and Coaching Feedback

SimplySwing will provide coaching insights based on submitted swing footage.

Coaching feedback represents the professional opinion of the coach reviewing the swing at that time and should be interpreted as instructional guidance rather than a mandatory training directive.

5. Delivery of Services

Analysis delivery times may vary depending on demand and service level.

Typical delivery timelines may range from 24 hours to several business days, depending on the package purchased.

6. Expiration of Multi-Analysis Packages

If customers purchase a package containing multiple swing analyses:

• analyses must be used within a reasonable timeframe

• SimplySwing may establish expiration periods for unused analyses (example: 6–12 months)

Unused analyses beyond that timeframe may be forfeited.

7. Subscription Coaching

Customers enrolled in a SimplySwing subscription plan will receive the number of analyses specified in their plan each month.

Unused monthly analyses may expire depending on the subscription terms.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

SimplySwing and its coaches are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from implementation of coaching advice.

Customers assume full responsibility for practicing golf safely and within their physical limits.

9. Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing or using SimplySwing services, customers acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Coaching Services Agreement.
