SimplySwing Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, refunds are handled as follows.

Single Swing Analysis

Refunds may be issued only if the analysis process has not yet begun.

Once analysis work has started or feedback has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.

Multi-Analysis Packages

Refunds may be issued before the first analysis has begun.

If one or more analyses have already been delivered, the remaining value may be reviewed for partial refund at SimplySwing’s discretion.

Subscription Plans

Subscription plans renew automatically each month.

Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but the current billing period will remain active until the end of the cycle.

SimplySwing does not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed in exceptional cases at SimplySwing’s discretion.
