Welcome to SimplySwing. By accessing or using the SimplySwing website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

SimplySwing provides online golf swing analysis and coaching insights based on golf swing videos submitted by users. Our services may include visualized swing analysis, feedback, coaching insights, and improvement recommendations.
SimplySwing does not guarantee specific performance improvements or golf results.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- You have the legal right to submit the video content you upload.
- You will use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. User Submissions
Users may submit golf swing videos for analysis.
By submitting a video you confirm:
- The video is your own content or you have permission to upload it.
- The video does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- SimplySwing may store and process the video in order to provide analysis services.
SimplySwing reserves the right to refuse content that is inappropriate, illegal, or unrelated to the service.
Video Usage Clause
By submitting a golf swing video to SimplySwing, you grant SimplySwing permission to store, review, and analyze the video for the purpose of providing swing analysis and coaching feedback.
Unless otherwise requested by the user, SimplySwing may also use anonymized portions of submitted swing footage for:
- educational content
- marketing materials
- product demonstrations
- training resources
Personally identifying information will not be shared publicly without explicit consent.
Users may request that their videos not be used for promotional purposes by contacting SimplySwing.
4. Payment and Services
All services must be paid in full prior to delivery of analysis.
Current offerings may include:
- Single swing analysis
- Multi-analysis improvement packages
- Subscription plans with recurring monthly analyses
Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Subscription Billing
If you enroll in a SimplySwing subscription plan:
- You will be billed monthly.
- Billing will continue until the subscription is cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All analysis content, coaching materials, visualizations, graphics, and educational materials provided by SimplySwing are the intellectual property of SimplySwing.
Users may use this information for personal golf improvement only and may not resell, redistribute, or commercially use the materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
SimplySwing provides coaching guidance and educational feedback only.
By using our services, you agree that SimplySwing and its coaches are not responsible for:
- injuries resulting from golf practice or swing changes
- misuse of coaching advice
- decisions made based on analysis feedback
Users assume full responsibility for how they apply coaching insights.
Coaching Liability Disclaimer

By using SimplySwing services, you acknowledge and agree that:

SimplySwing and its coaches are not liable for injuries, physical strain, or performance outcomes resulting from implementation of coaching advice.

SimplySwing Coaching Services Agreement
By purchasing or using SimplySwing services, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of Coaching Services
SimplySwing provides professional golf swing analysis and coaching insights based on video submissions from users.
Coaching services may include:
- swing analysis
- visualized swing breakdowns
- feedback and improvement recommendations
- follow-up swing evaluations
SimplySwing coaching services are intended to provide instructional guidance and educational insight only.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- submitting clear and accurate swing videos
- following practice recommendations responsibly
- practicing within their own physical limits
Customers acknowledge that improvement in golf performance requires practice and dedication and results will vary between individuals.
No Guaranteed Results
SimplySwing does not guarantee specific performance improvements, handicap reductions, or scoring results.
Golf improvement is influenced by many factors including:
- practice time
- physical ability
- course conditions
- equipment
- personal effort
Communication and Coaching Feedback
SimplySwing will provide coaching insights based on submitted swing footage.
Coaching feedback represents the professional opinion of the coach reviewing the swing at that time and should be interpreted as instructional guidance rather than a mandatory training directive.
Delivery of Services
Analysis delivery times may vary depending on demand and service level.
Typical delivery timelines may range from 24 hours to several business days, depending on the package purchased.
Expiration of Multi-Analysis Packages
If customers purchase a package containing multiple swing analyses:
- analyses must be used within a reasonable timeframe
- SimplySwing may establish expiration periods for unused analyses (example: 6–12 months)
Unused analyses beyond that timeframe may be forfeited.
Subscription Coaching
Customers enrolled in a SimplySwing subscription plan will receive the number of analyses specified in their plan each month.
Unused monthly analyses may expire depending on the subscription terms.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Limitation of Liability
SimplySwing and its coaches are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from implementation of coaching advice.
Customers assume full responsibility for practicing golf safely and within their physical limits.
Acceptance of Agreement
By purchasing or using SimplySwing services, customers acknowledge that they have read and agree to this Coaching Services Agreement.
8. Service Modifications
SimplySwing may modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SimplySwing operates.
