SimplySwing Media Release (Swing Video Permission)

This media release allows SimplySwing to responsibly use swing footage for education and marketing.

1. Permission to Use Submitted Content

By submitting a golf swing video to SimplySwing, you grant SimplySwing permission to use the submitted video for the purpose of:

• providing swing analysis

• internal training

• product development

2. Educational and Promotional Use

Unless you request otherwise, SimplySwing may also use portions of submitted swing videos for:

• educational demonstrations

• social media content

• marketing materials

• website examples

• coaching illustrations

When used publicly:

• personal identifying information will not be included

• names will not be shared without permission

3. Optional Identification

If SimplySwing wishes to identify you by name, username, or testimonial, we will request additional consent before doing so.

4. Opt-Out Option

Customers may request that their swing footage not be used in promotional or educational content by contacting SimplySwing at simplyswing@simplyswinggolf.com.

SimplySwing will respect these requests whenever reasonably possible.

5. Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their submitted swing videos.

This release grants SimplySwing permission to use the footage for the purposes described above.
