Kathy Swanson has been a PGA/LPGA Professional for over 25 years. Prior to that, she served as a Teaching Professional at Medina Golf & Country Club and Minneapolis Golf Club. Known for her clear and simplified approach to the golf swing, Kathy works effectively with golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals.
In 2007, Kathy became the first female president of the Minnesota Section PGA. She also made history as the first woman within the PGA of America to be named Golf Professional of the Year. In addition, she was recognized as a “Women Industry Leader” by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. She estimates she’s given over 30,000+ lessons, and counting.
